  • Opportunity to organise an Official Non-CME Industry Session in a Plenary Hall, up to 90 minutes (Programme subject to the approval by the EAS 2021 Committee). 
  • Includes hall rental, standard audio/visual equipment, and display table.
  • Permission to use the phrase “Official Symposium of the EAS 2021 Congress”.
  • ​Sponsored Symposia Programme will be included in a designated industry section of the Final Programme/Website/App (subject to receipt by publishing deadline).
  • Time Slots: allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Industry sessions will be clearly indicated in the meeting timetable/Programme as: “Industry Session” not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering”​.
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website and application, and with signage during the event.

NOTE: The supporting company in addition to the support fee must cover all speakers’ expenses including:

  • Registration fee
  • Accommodation
  • Travel expenses

This also applies in the case where the speakers have already been invited by the Congress. In this case, the company will support the amount of nights as per congress policy.

SPECIAL LECTURE

Special lecture of 45 minutes in parallel can also be sponsored. This should be a lecture of high scientific quality given by a well-known investigator on a frontline subject. The lecture is primarily offered to our corporate partners or to sponsors of an educational symposium. However, in exceptional circumstances, other sponsors may also be accepted if the lecture is of very high scientific quality and interest. Please note that parallel educational sessions will be taking place. Programme subject to the approval of the EAS 2021 Committee. ​

MEET THE EXPERT

​An expert chosen by the sponsoring company (approved by the Congress Scientific Committee) discusses a topic to a small audience of delegates (up to 100) for up to 45 minutes. Programme subject to the approval of the EAS 2021 Committee.
  • Meet the Expert programme will be included in a designated industry section of the Final Programme/Website/App (subject to receipt by publishing deadline).
  • Time Slots: allocated on a first come, first served basis .
  • Industry sessions will be clearly indicated in the meeting timetable/Programme as: “Industry Session” not included in the main event CME/CPD credit offering”​.
  • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the program guide, on the event website and application, and with signage during the event.

Q&A APPLICATION 

Upgrade your Educational Symposium with Q&A which offers delegates the possibility of sending a question as an SMS to a regular mobile number or via the Q&A paperless application to the session chairman. The Chairman selects the questions to be answered by the speaker. Selected questions are automatically displayed on the main screen to be viewed by the audience. Unanswered questions can be uploaded to the congress website where they can be answered.

HOSPITALITY SUITS/ MEETING ROOMS

An opportunity to hire a room at the Congress venue that may be used as a Hospitality Suite or Meeting Room. Supporter will be able to host and entertain its guests throughout the Congress. Supporters will have the option to order catering and AV equipment at an additional cost. 

Hospitality provided will be in compliance with all relevant industry codes and compliance guidelines.

NETWORKING/ RELAXATION LOUNGES

The Networking lounge will offer an ideal place for enabling the different participants to interact and also find a place to relax between lectures within the congress days.

  • A visible location will be used within the congress venue, to give the supporter the visibility for supporting this item. 
  • Networking lounge will be branded with Company’s name or logo .
  • Opportunity to provide items bearing company logo for use within the lounge

MAIL BLAST

Gain additional exposure for your Symposium, company or exhibition booth by sending out a Mail Blast to the preregistered delegates who have agreed to receive promotional material at a date and time coordinated with the EAS 2021 Committee. 
  • Exclusive**: Mail blast will be exclusive for the supporting company. The designed mail blast (html format with Kenes design requirements) and the preferred “Subject” to be provided by the Supporter and subject to receipt by 6 weeks prior to the Congress. ​”From” field will be EAS 2021
  • Joint: Mail blast will list all supporting companies according to the support level. Each company will have a section of approximately 150 words. Design will be provided by Organizer. 
* In the case where the supporter cannot provide a compliant HTML file, they may provide an image and it will be coded to HTML for an additional charge of € 250.  Content received after the deadline may be processed for an additional fee of € 500.

  • The Final E-Programme will contain the timetable, and other useful information for participants.

  • The supporter will be able to provide a designed PDF to be presented in a separate tab under “Sponsored Advertisements” in the main menu of the mobile application.
  • This can be used as an advertisement to your exhibition booth, Industry supported session, or any other activity planned during the event.

One “push notification” sent to all participants* onsite through the mobile app, to be coordinated with Congress Organizer. Specifications will be provided by the congress organizers.

    • Support will be recognized with World map signage within virtual Lobby including “Supported by…” and a company logo only.
    • Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section, on the event website and mobile application.
